Return Policy
We at Miller Shoes understand that selecting the correct size is not always easy. Therefore we graciously accept exchanges and returns for a full refund. Sales will be refunded in the manner in which they were purchased (ie. Buy by Visa, Refund by Visa). Any cheque refunds will have to wait 2 weeks from receipt of cheque.
We offer you 21 days from date of shipping to try on your purchase and make certain that it’s the shoe for you . Any returned shoes must be in original condition with all original packaging material in original box.
Customer to pay shipping costs on returned items. We will not accept any COD returns.
Returns inside Canada may be sent in the most convenient way. From outside Canada it is advised that returns be done via mail and clearly mark on the box return item. This way any duties will be avoided. If mail is not convenient and shipper is used any duties incurred will be charged to your account. If it is an exchange of size that you require the 21 days will start again from date of shipment.
All sale items and special orders are considered final sale and only size exchanges will be issued.
Special Orders
Given the selection of brand names that we carry if you have a special request that we do not have it would be our pleasure to try and get it for you. Unfortunately if it is an item that we do not carry any special order will be considered a final sale and not refundable.
Out of Stock
From time to tie we run out of certain sizes. For most shoes this is just temporary as more stock is coming in. If such is the case with your order you will be advised via E-mail and if you do not wish to wait your order will be cancelled. With some of our imported shoes especially from Italy and Spain they are not easy to replenish therefore we can be out of stock from 10 to 3 months.
Unworn shoes may be returned for refund or exchange. All shoes are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. All defects will be on a repair/replace basis at Miller Shoes discretion. We do not guarantee wear. If worn shoes are returned credit will be issued only after inspection for defects.
